Director of Operations for North Florida Real Estate Maintenance

A Florida Native, Ed brings our clients over 25-plus years of experience in General Contracting and Home Repairs. He’s completed home renovation and restorations projects throughout North Florida.

He owns investment property himself and understands the vital importance of maintenance in keeping properties rent-ready. He is also aware of how repair costs can cripple the returns on your investment properties.

His frustration with the unreliability of area vendors, escalating repair costs and continued delays in getting scheduled work done on his properties led to him starting his maintenance and contracting career.

With his guidance and leadership, our Maintenance Division has grown to become one of the largest in North Florida for home maintenance and renovation work.
